After the Threshold: Psychedelic Integration Coaching

Psychedelic integration, and integration after any experience that changed you

Some experiences split life into a distinct before and after. Integration is the work of bringing what happened back into your real days: your body, your relationships, your work and the choices in front of you. After the Threshold is three sessions of psychedelic integration, or integration after any life-changing experience, with your birth chart as the map.

Begin your integration

$750 for three sessions on Zoom, with a workbook. No call needed first.

Who it’s for

  • You’ve had a plant medicine or psychedelic experience, like ayahuasca or psilocybin. You feel raw, or disconnected from people who haven’t been there, and you’re not sure what to do with what you saw.
  • You’ve been through a diagnosis, and life looks different now.
  • You’re carrying a loss, a birth, a near-miss or an ending that rearranged everything.
  • You’ve had a spiritual opening, on a retreat or out of nowhere, and you can’t go back to how things were.
  • Your experience was months or years ago, and insights are still surfacing.

You don’t need to know anything about astrology. You only need to want to come back whole.

How it works

  • Three 60-minute sessions on Zoom, usually one to two weeks apart.
  • Your chart as the map. I look at your birth chart and the sky at the time of your experience: what was activated, and what it may be asking of you.
  • A question to carry between sessions, with a short journal prompt.
  • Session one is for telling it: what happened, and how you are now. Session two finds the meaning and the thread. Session three turns it into how you’ll live: one or two real changes you can carry forward.
  • A workbook to keep, sent before session one: prompts and practices for each session, a page for your center and five points, and a sealed letter to yourself.
  • A written summary after session three: your chart notes and the changes you’ve chosen, so you can come back to them.

What it isn’t

This isn’t therapy, medical care or crisis support, and I don’t provide, recommend or arrange any substance. If what you’re carrying needs a licensed therapist, I’ll tell you honestly and refer you to someone I trust.

If you need to talk to someone during or after a psychedelic experience, Fireside Project offers free, confidential peer support: call or text 62-FIRESIDE (623-473-7433), every day from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Pacific.

If you’re in crisis right now, please call or text 988 in the U.S., or your local emergency number.

Questions

What is psychedelic integration?

It’s the work after a psychedelic experience: making sense of what you saw and felt, and turning it into real changes in how you live. Without it, even a profound experience can fade, or leave you unsettled. The same is true of any experience that changes you.

Can I book before a retreat or ceremony?

Yes. Some people use one session to prepare: to look at what the sky is showing for that time and set a clear intention, then use the other two after they return.

Do I need my birth time?

It helps. Without it, we still work with your planets and the sky at the time of your experience.

How soon after my experience should I come?

Whenever you’re ready. Some people come within days; others come years later, when they realize it never settled.

Is what I share confidential?

Yes. What you tell me stays between us.

What if three sessions isn’t enough?

In our last session, we’ll talk about what support makes sense next.
