Last updated October 2026. Your trust matters to me, so here is plainly what I collect and how I use it.
If you sign up for The First Light, I collect your email address. If you book a session, my scheduling service (Squarespace Scheduling) collects what you enter on the booking form, such as your name, email and birth details for your reading. Payments are processed by Stripe; I never see or store your full card number. If you apply for the apprenticeship, the application form (Jotform) collects your answers.
Only to send you The First Light, to schedule and prepare for your sessions, to respond to you, and to keep basic business records. I never sell, rent or share your information for anyone else's marketing.
This site is hosted by Netlify. The First Light is sent through Kit, which stores your email address. Bookings run through Squarespace Scheduling, payments through Stripe, sessions on Zoom and email through Google Workspace. I use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site; it collects anonymous usage data such as pages visited. Each handles your information under its own privacy policy.
You can unsubscribe from The First Light at any time with the link in any letter, or by emailing me. You can ask me what information I hold about you, or ask me to delete it, and I will.
